These policies describe the proposed service process and this version of the website. Legal business details and a verified contact channel must be confirmed before public business use.
Scope and approval
Packages are indicative offers. A written proposal confirms the chosen platform, page or content counts, deliverables, dependencies and schedule. Work begins after written approval and the agreed advance payment.
Payments and external costs
For one-time projects, the proposed schedule is 50% to reserve the project and 50% after final review, before launch or handover. Monthly services are paid in advance. Domain, hosting, licences, platform plans, ad spend and applicable taxes are separate unless expressly included.
Revisions and additional work
Two consolidated revision rounds are included unless the package states another limit. A revision adjusts the agreed design or content; a new page, feature or change of direction is additional scope. Additional work requires an agreed quote.
Access and ownership
You should own your domain and main platform accounts. After full payment, approved custom deliverables are handed over for your use. Third-party software, themes, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences. We do not claim ownership of your existing materials.
Performance and responsibilities
You provide accurate business information, rights-cleared assets and timely approvals. Rankings, leads, revenue and ad approvals cannot be guaranteed. These draft terms require business-specific review before use.
