The project brief tool runs in your browser. Text entered there is not transmitted by this site or saved to browser storage. If you separately send a brief to us, we use the information to discuss, quote and deliver your requested services.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and security logs, to serve and protect the site. This version does not install advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to retrieve them, which may disclose technical request information such as your IP address.
Client project information
Project access, content and business information should be shared only through agreed channels. We use authorised access for the agreed work and may involve service providers necessary for delivery, as disclosed in your project scope.
Retention and requests
We retain project records only for a documented business need or an applicable obligation. A retention schedule and verified privacy contact must be added before this policy is adopted. Avoid sending sensitive personal data in an initial project brief.
